All orders will ship within 2 - 4 business days due to increased demand. If your order is placed on during the weekend or a holiday, your order will not ship until the next business day. If for any reason there is a delay with the shipment of your order, you will be immediately notified via email provided during check out. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number.
U.S. - Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you chose. First class USPS and Priority 2 day are available. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages due to any negligence of the postal service. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
International Shipping - Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping option chosen. International first class USPS is available. First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. The USPS provides different levels of package tracking for international packages depending on the mail class. Orders sent standard shipping typically arrive between 10-21 days. However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office. This can cause an order to be held up to 5 weeks before being delivered. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available for standard shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages due to any negligence from customs. NO refunds or exchanges will be made.
Glitter Measurements: International orders are shipped in small zip top baggies in order to keep shipping cost as low as possible. 5 and 10 gram pots are available. All glitters are measured by volume, NOT by weight. (1 teaspoon, 5 gram pots, 10 gram pots, etc)
I gladly accept cancellations
Please request a cancellation within 1 hours of purchase for a full refund. After the 1 hour time frame, your order has been processed and your shipment label has been created. You will receive a partial refund MINUS the amount for shipping. If your order has been shipped, you can NOT cancel your order and cannot receive a refund.
